Altyverse Community — End User Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Altyverse Community! By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. This End User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Altyverse website and the services offered within our community. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. The Altyverse Service

We agree to provide you with access to the Altyverse Community and its services. Our Service includes all of the features, products, technologies, and tools that help foster collaboration, communication, and learning within our community. Specifically, the Altyverse Service is made up of the following aspects:

• Personalized learning opportunities: a variety of courses, lessons, and resources to help you learn and grow within the community, tailored to your interests and goals.
• Fostering a positive environment: we strive to create a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all users, with tools and resources that support respectful interactions.
• Innovative technologies for growth: advanced technologies that enhance the user experience, such as personalized recommendations and automated systems that help maintain the integrity of the platform.
• Community engagement: opportunities for discussion, feedback, and content sharing to support collective growth and learning.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and participate in the Altyverse Community. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of forming a binding contract.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Altyverse Community in a manner that is respectful, ethical, and lawful. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Post, share, or transmit any borrower personal data (personally identifiable information), including but not limited to social security numbers, financial information, or contact details.
• Post, share, or transmit any content that is offensive, threatening, defamatory, or harmful.
• Engage in harassment, spamming, or bullying of other community members.
• Use the platform for any illegal activities or to promote unlawful conduct.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, other user accounts, or restricted areas.
• Impersonate others or provide inaccurate information during registration or while interacting on the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Service, including any automated tools, scripts, or scraping methods.

5. User Content

By posting or uploading content to Altyverse, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content within the community. You are solely responsible for the content you share, and you confirm that you have all necessary rights to grant such a license.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or is deemed inappropriate, at our discretion.

6. Privacy

We value your privacy. By using Altyverse, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Altyverse Community at our discretion, without prior notice, for any behavior that we deem unacceptable or in violation of this Agreement. If your account is terminated, you may lose access to your content and any other information related to your account.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality available through the Altyverse Community, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Altyverse or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Altyverse and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of our community. We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Modifications to the Agreement

We may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of Altyverse will indicate acceptance of these changes. We will notify users of major updates at least 30 days before they take effect.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.

13. Content Removal and Account Disabling

In return for our commitment to providing the Service, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws: you will not use Altyverse for any unlawful purposes and will abide by all applicable regulations.
• Respect others' rights: you agree not to infringe upon or violate the rights of other users, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
